Vortex does not have any "load order". If you face any issues with running RMM along with Vortex, try clicking Purge Mods and then Deploy Mods again in Vortex, and then run RMM again. If you want to use your load order in ModLoadOrder.txt along with Vortex, then you can disable this option and manually put _externalMods in your load order TXT in any position, and it will be treated as a normal mod. If the directory does not exist yet, then this option is ignored.
